Terms and Conditions top88 — Full Usage Rules

1.1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the individual profile created by the user upon registering on the platform.

1.2 Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

Top88 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email address or through a platform notice at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2.1 Account Creation

Each individual may hold only one active account on top88. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, email address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being blocked. To create your account, you must provide:

• Full name as it appears on your ID;
• Valid and active CPF;
• Date of birth;
• Active email address;
• Brazilian mobile phone number;
• Full residential address including zip code.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The top88 may request identity verification from the user at any time (a process known as KYC — Know Your Customer). To complete verification, you may be asked to submit:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back;
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months;
• Selfie holding the identification document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals above R$ 500.00 may require full verification to be completed beforehand. top88 has up to 48 business hours to review submitted documents.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. top88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in the account settings. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility, except in cases of a proven security failure on the part of top88.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at contato@top88-jit.net to request an emergency account block.

3.1 Bet Acceptance

Top88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Suspected match manipulation or collusion between players;
• Obvious odds error — when the published odd is clearly incorrect due to a technical failure;
• Bets placed after the official start of the event in pre-game markets;
• Bonus abuse or identification of systematic arbitrage behavior;
• Irregularities in the account balance or the payment method used.

3.2 Live Betting (In-Play)

Live betting at top88 is processed in real time during events, with odds updated continuously. It is the user's responsibility to verify the odds at the moment of bet confirmation, as values may change between selection and confirmation. top88 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments — goals, red cards, penalties — as part of its standard risk management process.

3.3 Event Cancellation and Voiding

If an event covered by top88 is cancelled, suspended, or postponed before its scheduled conclusion, the following rules apply:

• Events cancelled before they begin: all bets are fully refunded;
• Interrupted events with less than 90% completed (in the case of football): bets are refunded, except for markets already settled;
• Postponements of more than 36 hours from the original scheduled time: bets are refunded;
• Markets with an outcome already determined before the interruption may be settled at top88's discretion.

3.4 Multiple Bets (Accumulators)

Top88 allows multiple bets with up to 20 selections. In accumulators, the stake is multiplied by the odds of all selections. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the result is redistributed — that selection's odds are treated as 1.00 and the rest of the accumulator remains valid. Selections from the same event cannot be combined in a single accumulator.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Top88 accepts the following deposit methods, all available 24 hours a day:

• Pix — instant credit, available for all key types (CPF, email, phone, or random). Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — credited within 1 business day after payment. Minimum deposit: R$ 30.00;
• Credit card — Visa and Mastercard, instant credit. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00;
• Debit card — instant credit. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00;
• PicPay — instant credit. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00;
• Mercado Pago — instant credit. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00;
• TED Bank Transfer — available via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions. Credited within 1 business hour. Minimum deposit: R$ 50.00.

All deposits must be made from bank accounts or payment instruments registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in the blocking of both the funds and the account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The primary withdrawal method at top88 is Pix, processed within 5 minutes of approval. To request a withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00;
• The Pix key used must be registered under the same name as the top88 account holder;
• Withdrawals above R$ 500.00 require full KYC verification;
• Top88 charges no fees on withdrawals made via Pix;
• In cases involving a security review, the processing time may be extended to up to 48 business hours;
• The minimum first withdrawal amount must be equal to or less than the total amount deposited without bonus funds, until the applicable rollover has been met.

4.3 Currency and Conversions

All transactions on the top88 platform are conducted exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL / R$). No foreign currency conversion is available. Amounts are always displayed in Brazilian format: period as the thousands separator and comma as the decimal separator (example: R$ 1.250,75).

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses and promotions offered by top88 are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all promotions are:

• Each promotion is valid only for eligible users as defined by the offer's terms;
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated through the use of the bonus after the rollover requirement is met are eligible for withdrawal;
• The standard minimum rollover is 5x the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit, unless otherwise stated;

5.2 First Deposit Bonus

Top88's welcome bonus — currently 100% on the first deposit of R$ 50.00 or more — is subject to the general conditions above plus the following specifics:

• The bonus is credited automatically after the first eligible deposit;
• The welcome bonus rollover is 5x on Sports Betting or 30x on casino games;
• Multiple bets with combined odds of at least 1.50 per selection count toward the sports rollover;
• Voided markets or bets resulting in a draw do not count toward rollover completion;
• The rollover requirement for the welcome bonus must be completed within 30 calendar days.

5.3 Recurring Promotions

Top88 regularly runs promotions for existing users, including weekly cashback, odds multipliers on Brasileirão Série A rounds, free bets on special events, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms published in the promotions section of the platform. top88 may end or modify any recurring promotion with 48 hours' notice.

6.1 Digital Games (RNG)

Top88's digital casino games — including slots, digital roulette, and crash games — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent auditing firm. This ensures every outcome is mathematically random and unaffected by previous results. The theoretical RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is available in its individual information section on the platform.

6.2 Live Casino

Top88's Live Casino tables are operated by licensed third-party providers and streamed in real time. • Or send a request to contato@top88-jit.net with the subject line "Account Closure";
• Available balances will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after verification;
• Betting history is retained for 5 years in accordance with regulatory requirements, even after account closure.

9.2 Suspension by top88

Top88 may suspend or close an account immediately, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or for any other purpose;
• Confirmed suspicion of money laundering or criminal activity;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward the support team;
• Use of automated software, bots, or arbitrage systems to exploit pricing errors;
• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud, account balances remain frozen until the internal investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms regular activity, the balance is released for withdrawal. If irregularities are confirmed, funds may be withheld and the case referred to the appropriate authorities.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

Top88 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Betting decisions made by the user based on third-party information;
• Technical interruptions caused by internet failures on the user's side;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account due to negligence in safeguarding credentials;
• Odds changes that occur between the selection and confirmation of a live bet.

Top88's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the top88 platform will preferably be submitted to a mediation process. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the Comarca of São Paulo – SP are hereby designated as the exclusive jurisdiction, with all other venues waived, regardless of any privilege they may otherwise hold, for the resolution of matters arising from the relationship between top88 and the user.
